Our experience in the Entertainment Industry has focused our attention on helping our clients save as much of what they earn as possible, in order for them to have the means to maintain their lifestyle while working in an often unpredictable industry wherein earnings may only come when the next project occurs. We prepare monthly cash flow reports that show a listing of every receipt and disbursement for each client, along with business and personal financial statements on an as needed basis.These reports provide the information necessary for our clients to make informed decisions relating to their income and lifestyles.

In addition to handling aspects of our clients’ homes such as responding and initiating calls to our clients’ vendors and arrange for all services to be provided such as telephone, gas, electric and alarm services, we monitor all contractual payments due to our clients. When appropriate we will recommend an outside firm to conduct audits or discuss the pros and cons of litigation to protect our clients contractual interests.

We work with our clients to prepare a financial asset allocation plan based on the clients’ age, income, lifestyle, and risk tolerance. We provide ongoing evaluations and make recommendations of professional money managers for the portion of our clients’ funds that are invested in equities. We have established relationships with commercial and industrial real estate professionals that allow us to present our clients with the opportunity to investment in income producing real estate.
